A 54 years male came with complain of back pain, more on the left side, since a little over one year. He had an accompanying pain on the hip with the pain radiating from left to right side up to his knee. It aggravates if he walks for long and gets relief when he takes rest. Apparently, the nerve on his left hip joint was compressed.
