• She is a specialist in the field of Ayurveda and Yoga. She completed her Under graduation in Ayurveda from JSS Ayurveda Medical College, Mysore.
• She completed her Post graduation in Yoga and pursuing her PhD in Yoga from SVYASA, Deemed to be University. 
• She has 7 years of experience in treating various lifestyle disorders.
• She also has experience in research, in the field of integrated  medicine and has published papers in peer reviewed journals. 
• She is presently working as Assistant professor and medical officer in SVYASA, Deemed to be university.
